Best Axle Back?

Hello all,

I have just installed my IPL bumper, got my roof wrapped, wrapped my grille, and installed my takeda CAI.

I am now looking to put on an axle back exhaust that will fit my AWD g37coupe.

Looking for any recommendations.

Thanks everyone.

All of those are basically the same in terms of quality. It's just about what you prefer with sound. EnYcee has one of those on his car (I forget which one) and it sounds awesome.

If price is no object, you can't beat Meisterschaft though.

Just searched for a little to try and find what he has, even a sound clip. Still no luck :/

Does the HFC specifically sound good with the stock exhaust?

Or is it the RHFC that sounds good with stock exhaust?

Or does the RHFC sound good with the FI Catback?

just my .02... of all my mods, the kinetix hfcs were hands down the biggest change in the butt-dyno, and really enhanced the sound of the VQ. not super noticeable in-cabin, but outside the growl was definitely noticeably enhanced (deeper growl/rumble at low rpm, more aggressive scream when you get on it). the cats also gave me a bit of rasp between 3 and 4k rpms.

i def agree with AzNBoY92 - do hfc first to help free up some hp and enhance the sound - if you think you want more after that, then do AB (or CBE ideally)

happy modding either way - cant really go wrong however u go at it!

I guess to sum up this thread, which of these fit the best?

I'm not looking to run into any fitment issues what so ever. Some people are saying you get what you pay for... which makes sense.

Just dont want to throw money out the door if it isn't worth it...

Should I just save my money and buy a cat-back FI? I already know ARK is the preferred way for most users here, but I am concerned about clearance.

Thanks again

No problems with fitment?

I have an AWD so I hope they make one that will fit.

It s actually my car when i first put the axle back on. I agree it looks good on the car and sounds great. The tone is even deeper when you go full catback. it will sounds louder and just a tiny bit of rasp when you go full with Berk HFC , this car below is not mine, he has full CBE and Berk HFCs

I went with full Tanabe Y pipe, mid pipe, and axle back before changing to Meisterchaft. i dont think it will cause any fitment with an AWD.

I would just do axleback only but prob save up to get full catback system from FI or Ark.
