I'm sorry, but allow me to "Nissan" that picture. It's what they do. every time.

I don't know. I sort of like it.

But not really what I hoped for.

I was wanting something sleeker and sexier. Not as big and bloated looking. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic, and I should be looking at 2 seater sports cars.

I know it has to be big enough to seat 4 people, but I still want it to be a bit smaller.

The current G37 coupe backseat doesn't even accommodate adults over 5' 10", so the back seat obviously isn't a huge priority.

Maybe it will grow on me.

And of course it all depends on the drive train. If it comes in a twin-turbo V-6 with a manual transmission, it will certainly look a lot better to me.....And I'll probably be hooked.

Btw, when this thing hit's the streets, it's going to make me feel like I'm driving yesterdays news. Old and washed up.

Now I know how the G35 drivers feel.

So far I am really liking this and think this just might keep me in the Nissan/Infiniti coupe family. Hoping they are going to use the new twin turbo 3.0 V6 that was debuted.

There was not a concept for the G35 coupe, it was just a pre-production version they unveiled at the 2002 NY auto show, looked practically identical to the production version. There was a concept for the G35 sedan, called the XVL.

^^ Haha, that's terrible. Looks like a generic 4X4 Porsche knockoff from the 80s.

ha! IKR.. That't the 1999 Z concept. Its amazing what looks good for its time and how it becomes so weird looking later. I looked back at some of the old concept vehicles that I thought were cool when they were introduced years ago.. and now I just SMH lol

That's the 4 cylinder 240 that didn't make it to production, not 350Z that did.

yes.. correct in that this did not make production.. I don't think anyone is saying that this made production.

Its the "Z" concept from 1999.. Not sure that it was necessarily 240 or 350. It might have had a 2.4 liter 4 (I dont recall) But if you are referring to the 240SX Its not that... just to clarify.

What is pictured is 1999 Nissan 240Z Concept. It lost out to 350z concept.
