Used G37 - Need Help
See the problem is my wife needs knee surgery because of a childhood injury, and I'm not sure what her recoup times will be. I taught her to be an excellent stick-driver in our Genesis Coupe but she has to get to work, and she gets caught in heavy traffic on the 401 sometimes, and I'm sure that knee isn't going to take well to constant clutching, so the paddles are a decent substitute.
Mostly because I loathe automatics, and I'll do anything I can to avoid one. At least with paddle shifters I have some semblance of control. I despise automatics for many reasons. I feel like I'm steering, instead of driving. Higher brake wear, etc.
as said before you can control your shifting "manually" with the shifter the same way you can with the paddles... to be honest the manual shifting is horribly slow and i find that i rarely use the paddles unless i need to keep it in a lower gear. I think if you search you can find a DIY to add the shifters, i think ive seen the paddles for sale for around $250ish
If the exterior and the interior looks good, then it's a good indication that the car was well maintained. But still get the maintenance history if possible, for your p.o.m get a full inspection done. Mileage shouldn't be a deal breaker. But like everyone else has mentioned the price is a little on the high side, by I would say $5 - $6K. But then again everything's expensive in Canada
I know this is a month and a half old thread but What the hay! I'm seeing a 09 G37S Coupe 6MT with 91000k for around $19500. Good deal? I am having a hard time finding good clean 6mt coupe with nav in my area. Whatcha think? Should I jump on it?
