The service manual in your glove box has this all layed out for you. This is your best resource when it comes to service intervals.

Well for synthetic oil i think it's every 5k miles but it's a little bit more than regular.

GMan is right... you dont have to do anything you dont want to you. You asked what we did or recommended. I change about every 4 K miles so about once a year. Everything else like belts and diff fluid I would follow the book unless you start modding and then that woudl all change based on the mods that you do... Example, if you change your gears, then change your oil in your diff or if you change your intake, follow the cleaning or replacement of the filters for that intake and not the recommended of the manual. I hope this helps OP.

I have been using synthetic ever since I was 16 (many years ago) in every vehicle I have owned. Which has been cars, boats, motorcycles and dune buggys. I target 3500k miles but make sure I get it done by 5k miles. I have never lost an engine or even had one burn oil. Most of my cars I keep over 10 years. That includes a 1.3liter Suzuki jeep I sold after 12 years with 140,000 mile son it and not burning a drop of oil.

You can do what your want but pushing oil changes past 5k miles is just dumb IMHO. Oil is the life blood of your car, people buy a 30k or more car, spend tons of money on mods but complain about a $30-40 oil change? Makes no sense to me....
