Since that is not a switch that is factory equipment, nobody here could possibly have any clue what that's for unless they're clairvoyant or it happens to be their car that they previously owned and installed that switch and know what it is. Good luck with that.
If your car has navigation, my guess is that switch was to enable the mod that shall not be named here. (Navigation lock out override) If you do have nav you should give it a try and let us know if that's it. Of course, the prior owner may have removed the module in which case the switch would do nothing.
