Info on TSB ITB13028?
On a 2013 if your headlights are set to AUTO, the headlights will go on during low light, as you notice when entering a tunnel.
If the fog light switch is also on, then the AUTO function is disabled, and the headlamps and fogs stay on during the day, as if you turned the light switch to ON.
The bulletin uses Consult III to revert the AUTO to be AUTO even with the fog switch on. As in 2010 to 2012 models.
