Aftermath of G37s

My G was totaled end of May. Hydroplaned into a jersey barrier. Have since moved on and switched brands. Will be back in one again when I move away. Posting pics of both later today.

Wow, you OK? Hydroplaning into a barrier...not a good day at all.

What made you switch brands?

Something different. I've owned two Infiniti's and loved them both. As someone that loves cars, been wanting to tinker with something I haven't had much of a chance to. Initially was leaning towards a 4 door G sedan. Then I thought I would spend way more than what I wanted to and might not get the same results. Was planning on selling or trading it in.

I am ok and thank you for asking. Was the quickest few seconds of my life I can tell you in that experience. Driven hard in the rain many times and never have I hydroplaned in all my life.

Am pretty sad it got totaled. Didn't even had time to go to meets and hangout with all the cool people. At least I didn't since I moved back to Boston.

Wow, same thing happened to me except I spun around and got hit head on by a Mercedes. Have to say the G held up well and saved my life.

It's fun. Very different compared to the G or my 2G Awd dsm. The power I'm getting is very smooth well pass the 7k rpm into 9k. Handles amazing through turns and corners. G is safest car I've owned to date. There very different cars though i miss sliding into my corners. Double wammy on that barrier and I came without a scratch. That's why later I need to get another one. I do miss it when I'm on the road though.

Glad you made out ok. That's probably much scarier having a head on collision.

Thanks. Eventually I will get another G or wait for something different. This is more a track car the way it's setup now. Not very good for street or gas lol

It is close to being a monster. Can think of some more mods that I can go with to make it even more beastly but then I would definitely have to install a roll cage which I kinda want to for safety reasons regardless of what else I will or will not do to it.
