Pointless but entertaining/flattering story

So, I drove to Cali for my nephews B-day party, He was turning 3. His mom pulls up with him in the car as we are trying to see who is riding with whom to the party, the three year old jumps out and says "I want to ride in the spaceship car". I laugh and ask his mom if that would be ok with her. This kid could have chosen to ride in a TL, a Yukon, an accord or the G, he has great taste already and chose the G. Although putting a car seat in was not easy, both physically and emotionally.

For some reason small children seem to love the G. My twin niece and nephew fell in love with it when they first saw it and rode in it when they were about 4. They live out of town and I only see them once or twice a year. If I talk to them on the phone the first thing they ask is "Do you still have Betty? How is she?"

As I was walking to my car once and there was a mom and little boy, I'd say 6ish, walking in front of me to their car parked next to mine. I get in, roll down the windows, and am about to start the car when I hear the boy being buckled up by his mom "Mom, can I ride in the Ferrari?". She looked over and we had a quick laugh. I thought it was pretty funny.

I've gotta laugh at the name 'The Spaceship Car' -- After I got mine, I was visiting with a co-worker having a few drinks after work one evening and her twin sister nicknamed my car 'The Spaceship' after seeing it. She's been begging me to drive it ever since.

I'll also agree with the kids loving it. My two much-younger brothers also love to ride in my car, especially the younger one. Every time I'm home to visit my family, he wants me to take him out for a ride.
