New G37S
New G37S
Hello!
I'm new to this forum, coming from a 335i that just got lemoned
I just got a 2012 white G37S coupe and getting use to some changes. Where's the pics you ask? Well I'm not a fan of fascia. Looks like a catfish to me. What can I do about it?!
I really like the 2010 coupe, would that bumper fit the 2012? Otherwise I'll have to get an IPL one, or are there any good after market ones? I didn't see much in the vendor section... looking for suggestions!!

Welcome, any coupe bumpers 08+ will fit your coupe.
The areo bumper is the same as the IPL pretty much just less expensive, there's a huge threads on it here somewhere.
Was your 335 a coupe? Do you see any differences pros/cons comparing the G to the 335?

yeah, I had an 09 335i coupe and loved it. It was my first German car and everyone warned me on reliability but I said "screw it" and gave it a shot. Now it bit me in the butt so I'm going back to Japanese.
The biggest difference that shocked me was the G37's trunk haha, what a joke! Even folding down the seat requires your items to go through the pass through, the e92 is almost like a suv in comparison lol. I guess that's the cost of a spare tire
G37S is definitely a softer ride and the e92's handling was more fun. Haven't pushed the G yet, but every day driving, I can feel the torque difference. Not use to the ergonomics of the nav, having to reach the upper center console, the BMW's I-drive was nice being right by the shift stick.
Overall, nice car! Great front seats, great power, and oh man... that exhaust note. And being almost $10k less didn't hurt either

Although I can't commit on this personally as I haven't installed mine yet, aftermarket front/rear sway bars noticeably tighten up the chassis and make it more responsive.
Thank you for the comparison, here's the bumper link idk if you found it.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I took a look around and think the first thing I need to do after my tint is coilovers, any recommendations? I'm just looking to lower (not slammed) and keep it comfortable, and keeping money in my pocket would be nice too
