I have a strange rattle/creaking noise that occurs when I am going over bumpy road. Seems to be coming from the area in front of the instruments or the windshield. Any thoughts?

Is it your windshield cowling? That's the large black plastic piece the wipers are secured around.
Try opening the hood and press down on the far left and right sides. Mine made the same creaking noise when I pushed it as it did when I drove it over bumps. If so, you'll need to get double sided tape applied to the underside contact points
