By the hinges there is a cover that you just pop off with a flat-head screwdriver. Underneth the cover you'll find some screws that connect the lid to the car. Just make sure that you get the new lid from the same kind of car because the part that the screws go into can be different depending on the model.

Thanks, you rock sir! I will give this a try and see if I can remove it successfully first, then I plan to just order a brand new one to make sure what I get fits and is perfect.

mummy2: I forgot to report back, but thanks for your help, swapped out my lids with a brand new one easily and I am much happier with my used G37 now.

Looks much better; can't imagine what Infiniti was thinking with the OEM color.

Years ago I had a MB 300D with the palamino interior, including the carpeting. I put black floor mats in F&R; they went great with the black dash and console and never showed any dirt...
