Sorry about your part man, i also bought one and completely bypassed the turnbuckles, 3 days later flew off on the highway.. Nothing you can do.
They told me they keep very in depth phone records, however, they can't find my phone number in their system, for the date specified. And like I said I don't record all my phone calls...who does? Maybe I should start...

your phone company whether cell phone or house phone should have a record of the number dialed and the legnth. If you are able to get that info then will have proof

Can't prove if it was me ordering or calling customer service, they will find their own loophole I'm sure, I'm not going to fight to the death over a piece of plastic, just think they should revise the instructions, and their support lines need to be more educated.

They did, I went ahead and purchased and chalked it up as a loss, will be using my own hardware on this one, and installing the turnbuckles.

Nope Pcasey, I wouldn't trust it. Here is a good question. Has anyone with turnbuckles and the screws provided done 100+ on a track or so and had it ripped off?...

My opinion is for all who have or will buy the Stillen Spoiler:
1) Its a great fit! 100% on and it looks damn good. One of my favorites. Its wort the buy! Just use good stainless steel screws like I said. Ive tested mine up to 134 MPH no issues. But I had on 16 stainless steel screws on.
2) DO NOT USE SCREWS THAT COME WITH ANY SPOILERS!!!!!!!!! - Hav'nt you guys noticed that most screws that come with installation are metal? No?... go look under your car at the rusty screws now to see.. and rusty screws uummm will umm RIP RIGHT OFFF!!! Also they are very small. Stainless Steel FTW!

Trust me, don't learn the hard way.

Did it have the turnbuckles and/or addtional screws or bolts holding it on?

There is a tremendous amount of aerodynamic force at work when you add a splitter to a vehicle. This particular piece has been adopted in the aftermarket car culture as an aesthetic enhancement but its roots lie directly in the racing world. By adding that thin piece of material to the front of the car it dramatically increases your frontal downforce and in turn aids in high speed handling. While its function becomes much more noticable at higher speeds, the aerodynamic forces are at work as soon as the car starts rolling. Obviously the aerodynamic benefits increase exponentially in relation the the vehicle's speed.

When we designed the splitter, we incorporated the turnbuckles into the design. If they were not intended to be installed, they would be sold as an optional piece. We do know that they aren't the best looking, however they are necessary. We also know that many G37 owners have chosen to install the splitter with no turnbuckles and some customer's have actually purchased 4 or 5 replacements because they love the way it looks on the car, just don't want to use the turnbuckles. And they have accepted the consequences.

A warranty replacement part is issued when the part is found to be defective. in this case, it is a clear case of the installer not using the supplied hardware. That would be like me going back to Infiniti if my wheels fell off...nevermind the fact I took off the lug nuts.
hey kyle you sound very knowledgeable in this product, but can you provide any legitimate data from the stillen design team that wind tested this product, that shows how the "tremendous amount of aerodynamic force at work" is thus restrained by 4 tiny screws that are holding these turn buckles into place on the actual stillen piece?
you see what im asking? if 8 large screws wont hold this piece, how do 4 tiny screws suffice?

Think about the leverage and angles involved with the turnbuckles. It provides a lot of support for the actual splitter, as it's connected to both the splitter and fascia, and doesn't allow for the splitter to move.

Think of it this way, if you bolted a bar to a wall, with screws, and then pull the bar straight down, it would take a TON of force to pull the screws out, as the force is applied to the length of the screw, and you'd have to either break the screw, or tear the wall.

If you bolted a bar to the wall, but pulled straight out, you'd be relying on the threads of the screw to have grip, and it would take far less effort to pull the screws out.

Not sure if that's building a good picture or not..

-you yet again are deflecting the actual question.
im not questioning the strength or the quality of the turn buckle. i am very well aware that piece of equipment could probably suspend over 100lbs on the threading.
-IM QUESTIONING THE TEENY-TINY SCREWS that those strong turn-buckles are attached with. just because you take a piece of strong solid steel and use a piece of gum to stick it to the wall, doesn't mean it could support hundreds of pounds.
again. if 8 screws much larger than the turn buckle screws CAN NOT ALONE HOLD THIS PIECE ON A CAR AT SPEEDS AROUND 40-50MPH, HOW CAN 4 TINY SCREWS SUPPORT THE PIECE FROM NOT RIPPING OFF THE PLASTIC OR THE FASCIA?
(i personally dont think the thread on the the screws could hold much by being screwed into plastic fascia)
