are you talking about a fender (front of the door) or the actual quarter panel (behind the door). lots of people get these confused. quarter panels are part of the unibody and you cannot replace them yourself. fenders are bolt in and is possible to do it yourself. however, i would not recommend anyone who is not familiar with this kind of work to do it themselves.
