You going to go through this another time before you squeeze that lemon?

 

I do not know - just what I was told by Infiniti! My lawyer has asked to see what happens - if it happens again, we will deliver the car with paperwork for lemon. I know it will happen again most likely as their reason is somewhat questionable!

 

I used to run a body shop and I know problems can just go right back to the shop, not the dealer. It's hard to justify and point fingers who or what is causing the problem -- maybe the body shop didn't over look everything. maybe it's a faulty part? We all know electronics are sensitive and depending on how bad the accident was that something is not properly fixed from that.

 

i think you should go for lemon NOW, it seems like it's inevitable that something else will happen, you've already been through so much trouble... why not just claim lemon now?

 

after they evaluate teh car and seeing it was in an accident, it might cost him some cash but it's all dependant on the courts. I dont know the terms in texas so don't quote me on it.

 

If your lawyer says lemon, SQUEEZE it!!!!!!!!!
