The next dealership is just over a hour away. Infiniti Of Oxnard is 30 min. away but I will never go back to them because there service writer is the biggest jackass in the world. This sucks because now I have to spend more money on gas and time (My wage: $65.00 hr.) to get the service done right. I really don't have an issue with the Santa Barbara dealership because they're only doing what Infiniti tells them what to do. I made sure they put down every word that the factory told them including that they can't fix my problem until they figure it out. (TSB) At least when I picked up my car today my service writer heard the muffler make the exhaust rattle and he said he will order the part and I can come in on Mon. for replacement. I like the way this car looks and handles and hate to get rid of it because of poor service from Infiniti. I will keep everyone posted on what's going with are G37.
