that rounded front end SUCKS so much from that side profile..wtf infiniti

 

IMHO they look so much a like, it makes me want to cry

 

the g37's rear gets to me the most...it's not as sharp as the 1st gen..man the tail lights looked so nice on the 1st gen...sigh.

 

Are you people really trying to say those two picture don't look nearly identical? Of course the components are different, but the looks are nearly identical! I could live with the G looking like the Z if it had to, but I will not be buying an Infiniti that looks the same as a car I can rent at Enterprise for $40.00/day.

 

yeah, the fact that i had to go park my new sedan beside an altima last night and weep at how they ARE similar, and now THIS today. I might have to start looking for a new car brand to covet when I trade this new sedan in a couple years... the concept car had soooo much promise. but its soo much cheaper to use the same (or nearly same) body panels and parts on the stupid Altima and the G! I am not impressed....

Im with Boduho. If I had one ordered, I would be cancelling, NOW

 

The two cars have totally different platforms, engines, etc., and are made in factories thousands of miles apart from each other (Altima- USA, G- Japan). There is NO reason they should look so similar.

The stylists were just flat-out lazy. The engineers (chassis, engine, suspension, etc.) did their part fine.
