but I think I like the design off the Altima coupe better.

After G37 pics leaked out I find the front to be to bubbly and the rear is rounded off to much and the side profile looks like the last gen. The buzz(looks wise) on other car forums isnt great compared to when the Altima Coupe debut.




Although the engine and platform are top notch I will find it hard for people not to like the Altima due to pricing(5-7k less).

Rough Day for Infiniti: First they lost the lost lawsuit battle over the "M" versus the "BMW M" liscensing and now the less than stellar pics of the coupe came out. In terms of sales the coupe will have tough competition, but thank god the Sedan is the bread and butter for Infiniti.

Altima = FWD, and thus not a competitor. The drivetrain on the Altima is not even comparable in terms of performance. The new G37 handles as well or better than the 335i...do you understand how amazing that is? First-gen coupe owners need to get off their high horse and understand how technically amazing this new G37 is.

The 08 Coupe might have a less sportier look, for now.

But, in my opinion, the Altima Coupe looks horrible from every aspect.

Try not to compare a G37 to an Altima coupe. It doesnt make any sense.

But yes, there are some similarities.

There are enough similarities that the average person on the street will have trouble telling the difference until they see the Nissan or Infiniti emblem. Now, sing with me...We are family, I got all my Nissans with me.

Well, the differences are pretty obvious to me.

Obviously, an Infiniti is a Nissan.

But whatever a G35 shares with a Nissan, its in the 350z. Not an Altima.

I don't know if it's just me, but the altima coupe reminds me of a civic coupe...steeply raked rear all the way to the tail. I much perfer the g37's longer look.

 

I just hate how the G37 looks so short, it looks too much like those Chrysler Crossfires

I think G37 coupe has a lot potential-I say potential- to be a lot more than 335. Hopefully, it will not be one of Nissan's many failed promises.
