changing names is never a good idea, haven't they heard about Ford and brand equity!?

Ford did this move in the early 2000's and changed the names of their cars to start with "F", changing "Windstar" to the Freestar" or "Taurus" to the "Five Hundred". few years later they stopped "Freestar" and they brought back the name "Taurus".

i can see this happening again to Infiniti lol
