Need some help here, we may move to Delray beach from Vegas.

1) Hows the place and weather
2) Hows school district
3) Is it expensive to buy a house
4) How is Infiniti dealerships there

Delray is nice. They are also some places nearby u should conisider like boca raton, deerield beach, and boynton beach. The closest dealership is coconut creek infiniti but i wont comment on their behalf lol. Now is a god time to by so i hear just do some good searching theres always new things being built constantly in the down here. Well thats jus my .02 what are you moving for if ya odnt mind me askin?

LOL. All of Florida and the southeast coast is a hurricane zone. Price the cost of insurance before definitely making the move. You'll enjoy the greenery in Florida, compared to Vegas though. And the beach is closer.

 

Florida is where its at beaches, babes and the occasional hurricane but its not as hot as las vegas
and the weather is alot better

 

My dad lives in Delray and loves it... Atlantic has some nice restaurants and bars... I love going to Bostons and sittin outside drinking a few when im there... My brother lived in Boca for a long time but I liked Delray more... less stuck up and uptight in my opinion... hurricane insurance has gotten crazy though, def price it out

 

1) A bit more wet than Vegas
2) Some of the best, at least in the state, most school are A-Rated.
3) Yes, but mostly it is the taxes.
4) You are closer to Palm Beach, I highly suggest avoiding IOCC, haven't been to Sawgrass but haven't heard any complaints.

Try to move to a Southern part of Delray more towards Boca to avoid the elder scene as much as possible.

 

I live off linton, east of 95 and love it. I lived in boca before this and there was way too many old people. Honestly, I would rather live in Delray Beach then boynton (north), or deerfield (south), or boca. More young people, Atlantic Ave has a bunch of cool stores / bars / restaurants.
