Rough idle

Ok last week my car started running bad had a friend come out put it On a scanner to see what the problem was it said number 4 cylinder air fuel mix I forgot the code it gave He told me to go get new coil packs so I did and new spark plugs all looked clean but #4 did have a little yellow oil or something on it after replacing coil packs and spark plugs car ran great for 10mins now running bad again. Please help?

Did you replace your coil packs with OEM ones and also what spark plugs did you use.

Also get back to us with your actual codes so we can see whats actually the problem.
