Question Rough idle at cold startup

By rough I mean very rough. Once it gets some gas it runs smooth. No misses while driving at all. On two occasions the service engine light came on. The error code said cylinder 1 misfire.

1st occasion - I switched c1 coil pack with c2 coil pack to try to rule that out. Service engine light went away. Rough idle on cold start did not. Plugs were changed within the last year.

2nd occasion - SE light came on - error code again read C1 misfire. Light soon went off and has not been back on since. Rough idle is getting worse.

I have switched the C1 and C2 spark plug to see if it is a bad plug. No change. Also, it has been 2 weeks now and the service engine light has yet to come one again despite the terrible idle.
The throttle bodies were cleaned about 3 or 4 months ago by a mechanic and he did the "relearn" thing on it. The MAFs look clean as a whistle. I changed the air filters last night just because.
I am out of ideas...... hopefully you folks have some!
edit - car has 130k miles on her

Bad coil perhaps? Switch the coils, see if the misfire moves to cyl #2.
