Lean fire

I have a check engine light on. Took to auto the code was lean fire bank two. I cleaned the MAF no change. The car has 140k miles.

three question

wich bank is two?
common problem.
auto zone said possible faulty Ignition How would that cause a lean fire I would think that would be rich.
Any thoughts

The afr (or some call oxygen sensors upstream position 1) can be bad and causing a lean condition. I know on mine the afrs went bad and the car wouldnt go lower than 13.4 floored, which is too lean. Replaced them and immediately went to high 11s floored, which is were you want to be. The lean condition will also lead to misfires...

Bank 2 is the driver's side. Your problem has been discussed in threads in the Tech/Engine & Drivetrain forum.
