Slight vibration before coming to a complete stop 7at 2009

I have noticed that before coming to a complete stop while I am slowing down, right before the idle settles, the car seems to vibrate very slightly. It is not audible. I have brand new tires and just had the car aligned. Does not feel like the brakes and I only feel it in the seat. Apparently my right rear wheel is bent so maybe that is it? Kind of feels like a shudder but the rpms do not drop, it happens right before they settle, before the car is actually stationary. Thanks for any input. This does not happen every time, only somtimes. I also have rough idle and will be cleaning my tbs sometime this week so maybe it has something to do with that? My car idles at 600-650 but halt the time it will idle a little under 600 and that is when the idle is rough. This is only is drive. Thanks.

Clean the throttle bodies. Idle is much better but still is rough. Again, it is only ever rough when the rpms dip below 600. Also, I have noticed the, vibration when coming to a stop seems like it is when the car is downshifting into 1st. If I brake harder then usual I won't feel like vibration. I have noticed when thethe vibrates it is usually followed by a rough idle. Any input? What should I do next? Was thinking if corning maf airflow sensors next. Thanks.

"Corning maf sensors"? Was that supposed to be cleaning maf sensors?

yes my apologies, I got a new phone and am getting use to the keyboard. I am hoping it is nothing with the transmission or troque converter.
