Sorry if this is covered somewhere on the board but I couldn't find it if it is here.

Tonight I had been driving fro about an hour with a couple 5 minute stops. I then stopped for roughly an hour, when I went to start the car and it turned over then stopped so I tried again and it started right up.

However it shifted very hard to the point it would chirp the wheels every time it shifted. A quick turn off and restart seemed to fix the issue but I've only had the car for about a month and didn't know if there was a known issue/fix.

Before I forget it's '10 S coupe if that matters.

 

I've never heard of that happening before. You may want to take it into the dealer if that problem persists. Is this occurring under normal throttle like driving around locally or are your flooring it?

 

Nice.... I wouldn't complain about chirping the tires each time it shifts.
Just playing, yeah, that needs to be checked out ASAP. I hope you have a warranty left on that ride.

 

It was actually light throttle wouldn't shift wouldn't shift then bam! It scared the crap out of me I was oh God no lol. Yeah I have a warranty I just need to get a time from work where I can take it in, I was just curious if anyone had run across this issue thanks for the responses.
