I Just purchased a 2010 G37 from a dealer and the the check engine soon light came on.

Took it to Crest Infiniti and the tech said to change my air filters and he reset the code.

Went to auto zone and got Two new K&N replacement filters.

Two days later same thing happens.

What code specifically is popping up?

The map sensor is located under the engine cover near the upper right intake on the manifold. Looks like just a single bolt holds it in place.

EC-182 of the FSM (Links are sticky) talks about trouble shooting it. DTC P0643 and DTC P010A are the associated trouble codes, with P010A being mainly for the MAP sensor

Part is $74 + shipping on RockAuto...

$110 at autozone...

It should take no more than 15 minutes to replace and you don't need to jack the car up. A total of like 5 bolts and 2 socket sizes. DIY easy.
