A. More than likely.
B. Probably not.

Depending on pricing it's probably worth the troubles, but I would doubt it's a bolt on.

If Greddy answers your call, of course, they'd know best. Unless someone here has done this EXACT same conversion you will only get speculators. Like me.

The biggest concern would be the kit fitting around that fat *** 7speed. Otherwise it should be a pretty direct bolt-on, aside for hacking up the FMIC in with different piping.

You'd have to be able to test fit the exhaust manis, turbos, and downpipes, and see if they clear the trans.

Pipes around the steering might be modified

For the record, I can tell you that my '09 G37X required MASSIVE modification, to include notching and welding the frame, to fit the 350Z GReddy TT kit. My X has more space constraints obviously, due to the AWD. However, I'd be very very cautious before you commit to this kit. It did not work smoothly or cheaply for me! Word to the wise.

I should point out that my GReddy kit was for the '03-04 350Z, with TD-18's. Cheers.

So you bought a kit for a 03-04 350Z and it bolted to you X G37?

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, yes. And I don't recommend it because of all the fabrication that's required for the install. On the plus side though, the car is fun to drive. With the stock Greddy wastegates only giving me ~6psi, the car is making about 425 HP at the crank and is fairly entertaining to drive. Planning to increase the boost in the future, along with suspension and transmission upgrades. Cheers.
