G37 Drag while coasting/ fast deceleration?

I recently bought a used 2008 G37S and noticed that when I lift my foot off the gas pedal, its as if I am slightly braking. The car starts to slow down a bit rapidly, as if I'm slightly touching the brake. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. It also seems to judder a bit as if its switching gears? I'm kind of a noob here so any help will be appreciated. I did here that this was a feature of some sort that Infiniti put in.

I do need to go in for wheel balancing/alignment, looking to get that done tomorrow.

Clean your throttle bodies and get a grounding kit. Reset ECU. Floor it once a day. This keeps the transmission out of pansy mode. Enjoy.

The 2008 G37's have a 5 speed automatic which has downshift rev matching. Basically when you let off the gas and coast below about 30 mph the engine will downshift in to lower gears as you slow down. When I first got my G37 I thought it was strange as well but its completely normal.

It could be the weight of the car too...I noticed mine slows a lot faster than my Galant used to
