My odometer isn't working and I want to replace it with a new cluster.
The only problem that I live in the UAE an Infiniti don't have any available.
I want to order it online but all the ones I check are with miles instead of kilometers.
I would appreciate if someone could tell me the part number.

My car is a 2008 g37s coupe.

This is the best I can find, you're right, it is quite difficult to find a km/h speedometer.
