Sluggish off the line after battery disconnect

I disconnected my battery to add a Battery Tender harness. Left it disconnected overnight (just because I didnt have the time to finish it)

Reconnected battery and did the "learn" procedure for the ECU....I think its just a matter of letting it idle and getting it up to temp, then shutting it down (since I didnt do the non-battery disconnect procedure)

Since then, the car feels like its acting in Snow Mode all the time....from a dead stop it kinda takes a second or two before it responds to throttle input. This isnt shift lag, I dont think, since it only seems to happen off a dead stop.

Should I try the non-battery-disconnect ECU reset procedure? (Ive actually tried but had no luck....Im wondering if different year cars need it done differently)

Thanks.
