Transmissions

Hey guys, so recently I had a 2012 loaner G and I gotta say, the transmission was smooth as glass. I have a 2009 G and it's not very smooth. I've had the TSB done that fixes issues with the 7AT, but it's nothing like the 2012. I've been doing some research and correct me if I'm wrong, but the transmissions from 09 through the present are identical, so says the Infiniti part numbers. I did notice there are 2 TCM part numbers. Could these be different from year to year? I'm just wondering why my trans seems so much worse than the 2012 and for that matter, worse than others describe after they have the TSB done. Could my trans be on it's way out? I'll give you an example. When I leave work, I back out of my space, but it in "D" and press the gas, with my foot firmly on the gas pedal, the car would jerk forward, sort of like when you let the clutch out of too fast in an MT. Thoughts? Also, the car is still under factory warranty, maybe I should just keep complaining. Of course they (dealership) says the car is fine.

Thanks.
