I okay with the notchiness and the throw-out bearing noise but now shifting from 5th to 6th causes a slight grind. It doesn't happen at slow speeds but if the revs are up I can't get a smooth change even when consciously depressing the clutch to the floor.

Anyone else with this issue? BTW I have about 38K miles.

 

Nope- change to Redline MT85 in the tranny and those shifting problems go away...

 

new transmission will probably be ordered by next week.
