GTM Performance Engineering: VQ37VHR Twin Supercharger System
1. This thread is essentially about my car, so I have every right to post here, and other members have sent PMs applauding my posting(s). If the moderators want to move the postings that is their decision, but I have merely stated my perception of my experience for the benefit of others.
2. I believe Sam owes me money for loss of use. I asked for that money before taking the matter to court, which I considered a courtesy to Sam. That is NOT extortion. Threatening someone with civil action is not extortion. The criminal portion of the email related to any potential intention to not give me my money back which I believe constitutes fraud.
3. I posted on here before, asked Z-Car, and Sam if I could FI my daily driver and was told that I could. I am glad that you are smarter than me, but I was led, by supposed experts, to believe that I could use it as a DD.
4. Taking time is fine - if that expectation is set by the shop. I was told it would be done by the end of April, then by June 7th, then by Sept. 7th, then the 14th....at some point enough is enough. The car sitting there collecting dust is unacceptable to me. If you choose to do so with your car that is your business, but I like to drive mine.

Extortion is defined as the act of obtaining money or property from someone by threatening either the victim or a related party of the victim with; injury or bodily harm, accusing them of a crime, threatening to defame or damage their reputation or threatening to expose a secret. Extortion requires that the individual sent the message “willingly” and “knowingly” as elements of the intent to commit the crime. The extortionist also has to actually put the victim in fear that they will indeed carry out his or her threat for it to be a crime. Money or property does not have to actually be exchanged. The simple threat of violence or a legal action which seeks payment of money or property in order to stop action is enough for a person to be charged with the crime. It is interesting to note that the message only has to be sent to the victim, even if they do not receive it, to commit extortion.
Good luck with your defense
OK first I thought it was ok to express the problem in this thread because it t had something to do with the twin supercharger system, but now I think this has gotten out of hand and should be discussed either in a separate thread or just by the conflicted party until it is resolved. I understand that's the is a forum where we are allowed to express our opinion, but I think as soon as threats start it should be made private.
My god really this is whats wrong with forums and why I limit myself from them...I have a stroked 4.2l GTM supercharged G that I drive everyday with no issues...I have never had an issue getting a hold of Sam...he has sent me emails at 2am Cali time on progress with my build...I sorry you guys have had bad experiences these are custom cars with custom builds...
Greetings Sam
Checking in from Italy! Sorry to hear what's going on with this thread and hope this doesn't derail this project. I saw a way of showing off the twin SC and can hardly iwait for the project to be completed and the kit to be shipped. Let's get this thread back on track.

I'm not going to comment on everything however I will put in a short word.
You are LUCKY he is refunding you LABOR rates, as the work was completed, and removed by your request. If I were in Sams possision I would have charged you again to remove it per request. The video shows the car running with the kit, the VVEL issue aside, he completed the install. To get a full refund in this day for something of this magnitude is unheard of and I consider very "stand up" of GTM to allow this to go this far.
LOSS OF USE? Really? Had they blown your motor and you couldn't drive the car then yes, I may agree with you. However, when you are asking for custom work to be done, much less the "first" to have it done, then wait times are expected. Have you ever done work of this class to a car? It is not an overnight process. The car was delivered to GTM by your own free will for this work, and you were not forced out of it, or forced to rent a car.
All in all I think it sounds like the case of a fool with too much money, thinking this would be an overnight process. Sam has stood his ground professionally and seems to have great documentation to back it up. I'm sure it is hard as a business to bite your tongue and do the right thing when the other party wants to do nothing but run their mouth.
Good luck with your car and whatever you decide to do with it. If you have $30,000 to dump on top of the car, why not buy a GTR? You can have everything you want under factory warranty, and DD it, no questions asked....
Thread back on track, Sam, how much for a slightly used Twin S/C System delivered to FL....no ... I'm serious! PM ME! I have faith in someone who can go this far our on a limb with a wild new idea, and put hard work into something only to turn around and refund the money, and do it all over again, without acting like a pissed off teenager about the whole ordeal.

Can this thread please get back on track?
I really want to know how the production of the twin supercharger is going because I am very interested in this. The sooner the perfected product is out, the better!
SAM please keep updating this thread when you're back on track with the twin SC and install and test on an AWD X!!!

Your G performance = My Dream.
Back on topic. I sure don't understand the need for twin supper charge. you already have to limit the boost to prolong the life of a stock motor with a single super charger.
With two supper charger GTM must have took on the project just to see how far they can push their mechanical skills.
