Idle issues, please help!

I have a 09’ G37 with a little more than 50K miles one it. It runs great however with one problem, when I stop a red light, or anywhere for that matter, after roughly 4-10 sec my RPM will drop to about 500 and slightly shutter as if it is about to die, then jump up to 1000-1100 before leveling off to the normal range like 750-800. It will only idle like this if I sit in drive, if I place it in park it will idle fine.
I brought it to my Infiniti dealer, and on the work order it shows that they “reset air vol.” not entirely sure what that means, but since then it has actually become more noticeable and more frequent. I only run premium fuel, and have always purchased my fuel at the same station with little exception. Anyone have any idea what may be going on here? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

I'm right there with you, except when my car warms up it idles at 900 to 1000k and upon taking off in first gear, it seems that theres a lack of power in the lower rpm range too (hence my post which is a few below yours). It almost feels like the clutch is slipping. Weird. I need to reiterate this with Infiniti......

Ipity is right. Clean ur throttle body or have the dealer do it, under warranty.
