this problem started when the 7 speed came out in 09 and still exists in my 2012 g37x coup and almost got broad sided because of hiccup, lagging, erratic gear shifting, gear searching. I have submitted lemon law app. was approved and will be again going up against infiniti north america for this is my second appearance they settled on my 2011 g37x sedan 2 days before the arbitration and got every penny back! if anybody is interested and voice their concerns I will be Hempstead ny may 8 2014 175 fulton ave. suite 400, 1:00 pm and maybe you like the arbitrator to here your frustration about the software problem and the response from infiniti robots[ the vehicle is operating as design!] thanks, mugwah
