Having been a big turbo user for many years, I was wondering...

How are you controlling boost here? With a turbo, the wastegate bleeds off exhaust pressure when you reach the desired boost.

How is boost controlled with the SC? I've heard of using smaller pulleys to get more from them, but would that give a steady controlled 8 psi from idle to redline, or is there something additional?

Thanks!

I would assume that boost is increased as RPM increases. So it if makes 8psi at 7,500RPM, I'd assume it makes 4psi at 3,750RPM (half the RPM basically). I'm clueless though so I'm probably way off here lol

Your logic is somewhat true, positive displacement blowers are what make that sort of linear power though, I believe rotrex is of a Centrifugal type though so you might have around 3.5psi @ 3750

Here's for a clearer picture

Price?

that's a lot of power for the money(assuming that this will end up costing around 5k). i was going to go the NA route but this seems worth the investment.

when will the official price be released?

Now, I'd REALLY like to see a 1/4 mile printout... Is there a track nearby?

Not a chance.

The car won't be back in DFW till probably mid May. There is a lot of things still being done to the car. Eventually everyone will get to see what's taking so long.

There will be a big homecoming/meet/party when it does.
