Review Cobb Access Port
A user responded to my question about valet and antitheft modes burn time and stated since they aren't full maps they load in seconds, I've yet to confirm that, but that would address the issue.

Black betty has that setup and stated it's a slight drone, I have a Y-pipe so I'd imagine it would be even worse for me. You'll have to let us know how it sounds.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Uprev is a software used with a laptop going into your obdII etc. and a tuner sitting there tuning it. Of course it's going to load faster, comparing it to a little pocket console that comes with Cobb
Uprev is nice though, all the g35s and 350z use it for NA, but im going to try a different route for fun.

You can have it tuned and ready to download from them, and all you do is buy the software and flash the ECU with your laptop. Any mods you add, you tell them what mods, do a log with a few runs 0-60, etc and send it to them. They adjust it, send you the map, and bam you got more power with your mods. Or you can pay for the higher package and actually tune it yourself, or have someone tune it for you.
Cobb can not be compared to UPREV really. UPREV is in a higher level of tuning than Cobb is at the moment. Especially nice you can switch between 5 different maps with the cruise control buttons.

Their latest tune:

583 hp and 527 TQ with the 3.5L HR bone stock engine with a Greddy TT kit and tune from UPREV with no add-on modules only the stock ECU controlling everything.

Sorry but UPREV is used for Mods like FI especially. It is more powerful than all the add-on modules like UTEC, emanage, etc.

black betty wasnt lying. there is tiny drone. but it is loud i can see why he sold them like i did not except it being this loud. it sounds GREAT though sometimes noise is annoying in 5th accelerating and cruising(5at would be great with the new 7at) but im getting used to it
