I have spoken with NJLake. I told him I am currently working on his particular situation. As soon as I have an update to the software, he will be the first informed. The maps included with the AP are NOT designed for aftermarket intakes. Having said that, the different staged maps should have a significant effect on the state of tune...with or without intakes. If anyone in the community has a mod path that is beyond the scope of our off-the-shelf mapping, I can offer remote tuning services. PM me for details.

I amvery interested in helping Mike out, even though his mod path is outside the realm of what the staged maps are designed for, I want to see the community getting the most from their purchase. We are finalizing some really cool features for you guys....data monitor/logging related.

I have in no way forgotten about you, we ARE working on this for you. It is very strange that your power/AFRs are the exact same before/after a flash, and once we can get you a way to datalog all the relavant parameters, we can verify the AP is doing what it should and figure out what your car is doing. We will get this sorted out asap.

You will see an increase in sales by offering this service. Lots of people here do some sort of aftermarket intake.

Quick update for everyone interested in everything COBB, espescially cobb AP. I've been working closely with Cobb and am going tomorrow the 19th to get a full custom tune with all my mods from a Cobb certified shop here in AZ. Keep your eyes peeled for my thread, it will include:

-Before and after gains with a custom Cobb tuned map
-Information about getting custom tuned maps via data logging, they can be done from long distance with minimal costs
-video, pics, functionality, and all other info related to the AccessPort
-my experience with cobb as a company and their customer service as a whole
-Classified info on when we can expect the custom tuning software to be available from them for custom maps straight from horses mouth

it should all be up tomorrow evening!

what exactly happened again?

You loaded up one of the maps that came pre-loaded for your mods and now you can't go back to stock map and the map your on isn't tuned properly?
