so if u get an ecu relfash would that fix all the problems including the CAI gives u. and would u be able to use CAI instead of drop in filters?

There are no real problems that a CAI gives you. I believe tadashi just likes the drop in filters better since many CAI's take in too much air for the way he like to tune the VQ motors.
