Again the turbo kit with a fuel system is still only around $7k which is not bad considering the GTM quality and this being the first and only kit.

LMAO! The harsh reality of TTing a car and the cost associated with it.

If you dont have mad chedder dont even think about it. Because once you spend $10-15 G's you must also have the money to maintain it. You WILL have other issues down the line.

everyone keeps talking about the kit for parts and everything minus install and tuning should be 7-8k? if thats the case your telling me they are charging $7K for install and tunning? thats ****ing stupid. We do full custom dyno tunning for $500. and thats unlimited dyno time until we get your car right. install we do TT kits all day long for $1600..... i dont see where the other basically $5000 went

Yep, supply and demand. There is a high demand right now plus very little supply so this = higher price. If you want to be the first then pay the price.

Where did you get that price from? as far as i know the FCON V Pro is more like $1,200 $1,300 the most (one can find it for $900). Besides... all we really need is the harness which should be available soon from more than one company (AEM).

All i need to buy is the intercooler, exhaust manifold, downpipe, turbos, bov, wastegate, maybe fuel pump, injectors, ECU standalone, and tune it. The piping, taping the oil pan, feed and return lines, can all be done custom.

So yeah, i'm guesstimating around 7k for everything if i do the job myself...
