Ok! Maybe they give us a group discount lol! Would be cool if they did though.

If you're not deadset on getting on the dyno you can get a good tune for a lot better price buying the cable yourself and doing it with datalogs over email..

There's really not much to screw up unless you get the full tuner version and start trying to do crazy things in the tune yourself, the most popular one is Osiris standard, and only lets you reflash the ecu with a tune that a tuner has made for you... so you flash the base tune, then go datalog and record how the cars performing, email that in, get an update, etc.

Buying it separately is also better then just getting a dyno tune since you will own the cable (which also works as a baller OBD2 scanner/ code reader) and can reflash back to stock and sell it used or use it on a different vehicle later on... when you just get flashed/tuned at a shop you are pretty much kissing all that $$ goodbye.

Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions, I also know a guy who can hook you up with a good price if you do decide to go that route

Do you think that buying the cable yourself and using the email support would be nearly the same gains as running it on a dyno?

You will always make a few more HP on the dyno, but it will be an improvement over stock, and the benefits of owning the cable far outweigh the downsides IMO. Plus its a lot cheaper.. and if you ever decide you want to get retuned on the dyno you can always get that done for a discounted rate since you already own the license.

Feel free to PM me and specific questions about Uprev
