Richard said he was surprised how much power this engine put down - especially given the relatively minor changes to the intake. So +1 for the drop-in filters/post-MAF tube combo.
I’m looking into dyno and getting a tune. How much was everything at Dyno-comp?

I asked Richard to spend some time adjusting the line pressure on the 7-A/T to improve [perceived] response and firm up the shifts a bit. That added an extra 1/2-hour of tuning. With this additional cost, my total was $775.
Thanks for your informative reply. I was just wondering since I have a 2013 G37 Sedan that’s non-sport, if you thinks it’s worth it getting the tune rn. And also, do you notice a huge gains with daily driving? I googled tunes around my house and I found the place you went to

If you’ve been following my $5,800 TCM, IPDM, ECM replacement saga, then you know I had to get a new, blank ECM, have it programmed by the dealership and then ultimately get my car retuned. Well, that updated factory program put down 290 whp before the UpRev tune. My net results today? 318-hp/269-lb-ft to the wheels. That’s an 11-hp/17-lb-ft gain over my previous best with no new mods. So from stock program to UpRev tune today, I gained 28-hp/27-lb-ft. As always, props to Richard Garcia at Dyno-Comp! PS, I’m running it down the strip tonight at Wild Horse Pass.
