Need to find a good tint shop in the area

Possibly getting the windows tinted this weekend if I find the time. Any good recommendations and maybe even a phone # and price you paid. Thanks in advance.

I used Sun Masters on Midway Road. They do a really job there. Sorry I cant find the business card. They are located between Spring Valley and Beltway Drive in Farmers Branch. I think the phone number was 972-934-1114.

thanks. the place on midway looks good but they are too far in my opinion. called up sewell lexus and they do in-house tinting for about 350 but no nationwide warranty. so i called "shades" over off of pipeline and they said they do all the work for grubbs. i confirmed that with grubbs and decided to swing by the store (which they moved to hwy 10 and 820) to see what their tints and shop were like. the place was filthy, looked like a ghetto chop shop with one of the mechanic's kid playing in their work area. i could picture the kid rolling one of his toy cars all over my hood making "vrooom-vroooom!!" noises. no thanks. ended up going to alta mere and got their huper optik ceramic tint for 399. dot matrix looks great, has the highest heat rejection and still has a subtle reflective look. their other tints were llumar metallic so they wouldn't recommend them for the nav system and sirius antenna i have on the rear deck. although i have more signal loss with the huper on there. will post pics when the weather clears up.

wow, yea, i bought my car from grubbs, and the tint job was horrible...

my guy pulled the front and corners off, put 20% there and added a second layer of 35% to the rear and it all cost me $170

Yes sir. Forgot the brand, but a very high quality metallic tint. A buddy of mine that has known him for years, knows all about the different brands and the one he prefers is all Allan uses. I'm sure Allan could tell you.
