Did someone say Banh Bot Chien?!?!?!?! Tan Tan's is pretty good. They just have to fry the banh bot fast enough and hot enough to make the outside crispy but keep the inside soft. Sometimes they don't but when they do..... oooooooh daaaaaaaaamn. game over.
