Wasn't specific no need to apologize, just wanted something versatile for diy Car projects, I have a compressor at home but don't think its necessary to go air for basic projects.

I've done practically every bolt-on to my G's engine from intake to headers, to exhaust, stripped the interior and installed sound-deadening, and completely swapped out my suspension and almost all components that deal with it; not once have I needed to reach for a 1/2" drive. That said I use hand tools for most sizes over 19mm.

I'm the exact opposite, I almost exclusively grab the 1/2" drive over 3/8", unless the fastener is so small I'm worried it could snap.

Well for-say the first job with it I plan to do my exhaust, i know it is possible with hand tools but seeing how it was when I took a look under a lot of rust and stuck bolts (tried to loosen a few by hand spent hours before finally throwing in the towel) whats my best option in that case. I wish I took pics to prove how rusty it is. Well the exhaust everything else is in good condition

PB Blaster the night before

My cars never been in the snow, so I'm generally not fighting corrosion and rust.

50:50 mix of ATF & Acetone, best rust breaker there is, much better than PB blast FWIW.

I have that actually used it for coil overs worked well

I did cave ended up my brother-in-law had a 100$ gift card he didn’t want and gave it to me, so I grebbed a Ryobi impact wrench. if anyone would like I know it’s not a mod I’ll post up a review tomorrow or Wednesday after I do my exhaust. Saying if it was worth it or not.
