Any one have good feedback on the NGK ones for this? Nissan went from NGK to Denso in the vq37 however I would like to run the NGKs for a couple of months to compare.

NGK lasts longer, Denso performs better

Denso > NGK because of the difference in longevity compared to each other is negligible.

Denso's website says they discontinued the FXE24HR11.

Rock Auto has them out of stock and my initial searches for the plug using FXE24HR11 on Advance Auto and Autozone web site brought up no results. However, you can put your car in and search for plugs and they will come up. Also available from NAPA....

I didn't find any good sales on them though--15 each was the best I could find other than a sketchy looking 6 pack on Amazon for like 30 bucks.

Replace or Not to Replace

I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 G37 Sedan and I've been going through all of the neglected maintenance items. The engine has 108K miles so I'm at the suggested replacement interval for the spark plugs. However, there were no maintenance records so I decided to pull a plug and take a look at one before ordering new ones. Based on the pictures below, what would you guys say to do? Replace them or wait?

That one doesn't look that bad (insulator and conductor) but the burn marks on the ceramic ABOVE the nut concern me.

^^You think that's burn marks? I thought it was corrosion.

I thought it was rust but I don't really know anything about it so I thought I would post some pictures and get some feedback. In any case, they look pretty old to me so maybe I should stop overthinking it and just replace them.

I suppose that could be corrosion infusing through the ceramic. Looked like burn marks to me but it could even just be oil deposits from the spark plug well - those gaskets are known to be leaky.
