DIY: Change your spark plugs
Read the spark plug gap on the box they came in with, the stock gap is 1.1 (0.043). The FXE24HR11 are the OEM recommended spark plugs for our cars. If the gaps are the same the FXE20HR11 are probably the non Nissan boxed/branded plugs.
I purchased these at the Auto Parts Wirehouse for $68.00. It seem's that they will be fine. Thanks for your feedback.
The gap is 1.1
Plug Type: Performance
Thread Diameter: 14mm
Resistor: Yes

I am looking through the FSM and there is no torque rating. Where did you get see 14 ft-lbs on em-16?
Update: Found the torque information on the Diagram on EM-15 19.6 Nm (14ft-lbs)

changing spark plugs
Just an FYI. I used a 5/16 dia. X 1/8 rare earth magnet taped (for security) on the end of a 3/8 drill bit to remove the plug. I also used it to place the plug back in the hole and started it with make shift tool.
OP is right, never use anti-seize on spark plugs. this causes a difference in torque values when it heats up and you run the risk of snaping the plug when taking it out...
do a google search on it, ngk says it on their own website

sorry to bring this thread back but wanted to confirmed the torque for the plugs.
your write up said 18 ft lbs but post #21 (Huc) said 14 ft lbs.
please confirm. thanks in advance.
go to Harbor freight and just buy the spark plug removal tool set. iIt will have everything you need or just use a deep chrome 14mm socket like I did.
