What do all the green, orange and blue bars under our names mean?

 

Every time I take the car in I tell them twice, Please don't wash the car. They've now started putting a full sheet of paper in the car stating "No Wash. No Lavar." haha

The other thing I tell them is not to do a test drive. The last time they did they scraped my front lip going out of their driveway. Now when they're done they just drive it from the service bay to the front without ever going off the lot.

 

i HATE the dealer, the head mechanic at ericksen infiniti is cool though, id let him work on my car
