Dents/Dings - Whats the best way to fix them?

I saw this video about a guy who used the dust off spray and a hair dryer to get his dent out.
He turned the dust off spray upside down so that when you spray it the liquid sprays out onto the dent. Then he just put a hair dryer to it and it just popped out. It might depend on how bad the dent is but I was amazed that it worked. Something about freezing and then quickly heating it up enabled it to "pop" out?
Anyone else see this video?

I just got off the phone with him. He does not know anyone up there but he said if you go to a high end new car dealer they are bound to know someone who is not a hack and does good work. The portable guys in business for themselves are usually a little cheaper and more consistent in their work than the body shops or Carsmetics
