Third Brake Light + Tint + Streaks

So it appears the kind people that installed the tint on the rear window allowed their soapy mixture to run down and into the rear deck. This is easily cleaned except where the third brake light is.

Anyone have pointers on how to clean the glass that the third brake light is pressed against. That small area is "hazed" over with streaks from the mixture the tint shop used.

Thanks in advance.

I think someone on here did or is working on a DIY removable of the Rear deck.... I dont remember where it was... or if the member came through but it had to do with adding a spoiler... maybe that will help ya...

I think popping that out would be the way to go about it...

You know I really didn't think about that. I figured rather than drive all the way across town I could just do it myself and be done. I'm going to play around with it and if I don't succeed I'll heed this advice. Cheers.
