you can try wax. if that doesnt work and the paint has dried, try a very small amount of nail polish remover. if you rub with nail polish remover, you will haze the paint a bit, but you can buff it out.

You can try using detailing clay. I'd also suggest a different touch up paint like http://drcolorchip.com/, no problems with over doing it.

your factory paint is chemically pretty tough. you can also try lighter fluid or paint thinner, but you are going to have to be very careful, no matter what solvent you use. i owned and operated a bodyshop for six years and i can tell you that you will not do real permanent damage unless you get careless or overzealous. take a hand towel, or a shop towel and slowly/gently (with just the tip of your finger covered by the towel) rub off only the touch up paint. most likely, you will get a little hazing, but polish and wax will get the haze off.

that langka stuff works better than regular touch up, but not perfect. Their videos made it look much better than real life.

Lacquer thinner works the best as it doesn't effect the tougher factory paint but easily removes touch-up paint. Also great for removing stuff like tar and cleaning the spot before touch-up.
